- December 9th, 2025: The floors in the walk-in cooler and freezer have been refinished. Some tiles in the kitchen are still cracked. Discussed providing the operators time to repair/refinish the kitchen floor. November 20th, 2025: Some tiles throughout the kitchen were cracked. Please replace the cracked tiles such that the floors are smooth, cleanable, and impervious to moisture.

- The chlorine-based surface sanitizer solution was mixed too strong (bleached test strips). The solution was diluted to 100ppm at the time of the inspection.
- 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- There is no mop sink available in the facility. Staff discard used mop water in the dishwashing sinks.Used mop water can't be discarded in the dishwashing sinks. This practice could lead to contamination of food. Please install a mop sink that is connected to a grease trap in the facility.
- 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
- The chlorine-based surface sanitizer bottles were unlabelled. Please ensure that all chemical bottles including sanitizer bottles are labeled such that the contents can be identified and safely used.

- The kitchen mechanical dishwasher was not operating and sanitizing properly. Please have the dishwasher serviced such that it is operating properly and is sanitizing at 100ppm chlorine.
