      • Bar hand sink has a blue handle scraper in the basin.
      • Scraper was removed. Ensure to keep hand sinks unobstructed and only for hand washing. Corrected at time of inspection. Comments Routine inspection conducted. Hand sink is fully supplied with hot and cold water, hand soap and paper towel. 3-Compartment sink is available for ware washing. Quats sanitizer measured 200ppm. High temperature dishwasher for ware washing measured 76.7°C, at the plate level. FoodSafe certified staff on-site at time of inspection. Sanitizer buckets for surfaces measured 200ppm Quats. All coolers measured 4°C or less and freezers -18°C or less. Overall facility was clean and well maintained. No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
