      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Stand-up cooler upstairs measured at 8'C. Door observed not sealed during inspection. Staff moved some items around to ensure the door sealed. Temperature was measured at 4'C within 10 minutes.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure items are stored in the cooler adequately to maintain a proper seal and adequate refrigeration temperature (at or below 4'C). Monitor all cooler temperatures throughout the day to ensure they are functioning.

      • Corrective Action(s): *Clean and disinfect area where droppings were found* (Use bleach/water solution and wear disposable gloves and mask while cleaning)*
