- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Found ice cream scoops to be used rinsed then put back on drying rack to be used again.
- 2. Was advised items were only sanitized at end of the day, no soap was being used.
- 3. wiping rags were sitting on top of faucet and on cupboard door handles, no sanitizer was made up.
