PHI discussed with general manager that the pool basin will be resurfaced during their shut down time in the spring. Required Action: Please repair or resurface the pool basin stairs floors.

- From Ecolab report dated Feb 2, 2026: Ecolab was on-site and replaced the automated controller and it appeared that the muriatic acid container was replaced. The Ecolab report said they did not turn the controllers back on due to maintenance work that need to occur first. PHI is unsure if the system is functioning properly at time of inspection.
