      • -There was a broken toilet seat in the Pre-school Room washroom. Please repair.- There were two toilets blocked off in the OSC. Please ensure these toilets are either in use or are decommissioned.

      • -The diaper table in the Toddler Room was not installed next to a designated sink. Please move the table next to the sink

      • -The surface of the ceilings, walls, and/or floors in this social care facility are not acceptable. There was unfinished drywall in the Kindergarten Room. Please ensure it is painted.

      • -Linens used in this social care facility are not being properly cleaned and/or handled. Linens used within a social care facility must be cleaned, disinfected, and mechanically dried between uses. Please ensure that children are using single use towel to dry their hands.
