- Observation(s): Corrected at time of inspection No QUATs residual in sanibucket at time of inspection. Staff member stated they had not enough time to change this out due to business. Operator immediately corrected the issue by obtaining a 200-400ppm QUATs sanitizer for use on surfaces. Do not use water to sanitize. Sanitizer bucket must maintain a residual of 200ppm to 400ppm at all times or be replaced immediately.
