Corrective Action: When using gloves ensure that adequate hand hygiene is being performed and that gloves are frequently being changed. All gloves should be changed when going from non-food handling activities to food handling activities.

- Observation(s): 1) Quat sanitizer >400ppm at the time of inspection. Ensure that concentration is kept at manufacturer's required concentration of 200ppm. Staff advised to dilute in the spray bottles (confirm concentration with test strips) and to check that dispenser is dispensing at appropriate concentrations. Discussed - CDI.
