- 1)In the inserts,Chicken teriyaki was measured at 8 degrees C.Turkey was measured at 10.8 at the top.Pork cutlet was measured at 8 degrees C.All the cheeses at the top were measured at 8 degrees C.*Chicken teriyaki, turkey, pork culets and the cheeses were placed inside a working cooler.2) The ambient temperature of the meat cooler was measured at 11.1 degrees C.In the meat cooler,Turkey was measured at 12.1 degrees CHam was measured at 10.1 degrees CSalami was measured at 12.6 degrees C.Cheese was measured at 11.2 degrees C.*All the above-mentioned meats and cheese were discarded.** All the other perishable food items such as other meat items and cheeses were placed inside a working cooler.-Repair/replace/fix the meat cooler.-Donot store any perishable food items inside the meat cooler until it gets fixed.-Ensure that the perishable food is stored at 4 degrees C or less under refrigeration.
