- On the corner of the 3 compartment sink there is tape cover the corner. - Tape was removed during inspection. all surfaces are smooth, nonporous and easy to clean
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- Behind the deep fryer it was observed that there is an accumulation of grease build up.- Pull out the deep fryer and clean behind.
