There was no evidence of pest activity observed during the inspection.Conduct a pest control inspection, complete the pest control check list report, and send a copy of the report via email to the public health inspector.       • Multiple opened bottles of PC brand ice cream chocolate, strawberry, and caramel syrups were stored in room temperature, when directions state to refrigerate after opening. Facility owner moved the opened syrup bottles into a refrigerator. Ensure that all high risk food items such as ice cream syrups are stored at proper temperatures, 4C or below.
