Witch hazel is not a permitted product to dilute inks as the manufacturer's instructions do not include instructions for puncturing the skin. Refrain from using witch hazel as a dilutant. Use sterile water or products intended for the purpose of dilution. The operator discarded the witch hazel during the inspection.
