- The menu was noted to have changed without approval. Items are being cooked/fried/boiled using a pan on an electric burner. The previous approved menu /food handling based was based min food prep using crock pots/pressure cooker, precooked meats with minimal items/assembly meals. This is due to the set-up of the kitchen which has not attached appliances, two compartment sink: one residential size and a slim one with one faucet plus a residential size single one on other end of counter Any further cooking would require the kitchen to be renovated to current standard: three sinks in a row for dishes, a separate dedicated hand sink, plus sufficient food prep and dishwashing space. Revert back to the approved menu using slow cookers/pressure cookers. Please provide a copy of this menu for review.
