     • 1. Staff was soaking tool in CS20 disinfectant only for 10 minutes. - Tools must be immersed in CS20 disinfectant for 20 minutes minimum. 2. Single used mascara wands were reused on different clients. The wands had accumulation of hair and lint on it. - Discard the mascara wands after each client.
