    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1) The door to the washroom/shower was rusted and deteriorated.-replace the door and ensure all equipment/surfaces are in good repair.2) The pool deck is "cleaned and disinfected" using unknown concentration of bleach and added air freshener.-do not mix chemicals.-use bleach solution (100 ppm solution) or another chemical that is suitable for cleaning pool decks. The chosen products should not impact water chemistry in the pool, nor be detrimental to patrons.
    • 10. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • Testing, maintaining and monitoring the pool and hot tub is not completed when pool maintenance staff is not working.-train more staff. More staff must be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the aquatic facility.
