      • Floor inlet cover by the stairs was missing. Manager stated that the cover has been ordered and they are awaiting receipt. Confirm with the undersigned once the return inlet cover is installed.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Scum line was noted on the tile above the water line along the preimeter of the pool basin. Remove the scum line noted in the pool. Ensure staff are cleaning more regularly to prevent a buildup.

      • ORP (actual) was higher than the set point however free chlorine was noted slightly below 1ppm. Contact pool service provider to discuss possible adjustment to the controller to ensure consistent chlorine concentration.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • A scum line was observed on the sidewalls of the pool basin.Clean the pool wall to remove scum line, make sure that pool basin is maintained in clean and sanitary condition.
