- A food grade sanitizer was not available at the time of the inspection. None of the dispenser chemicals appear to be food grade sanitizer.Staff onsite were instructed to prepare a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution using 2.5ml of Bleach in 1000ml of water.
