      • Written procedures for client care in case of accidental cut and puncture and preparation of skin were not available.The written procedures were reviewed with the operator.

      • There were no paper towel/single-use towel available at the handwashing sink. The operator kept single-use towels near the handwashing sink upon PHI's request.

      • -- Cleansing of the skin was not being done prior to a service that may involve contact with mucous membrane, or that will puncture or may potentially break skin. -The operator was advised to acquire a cleanser.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • No disinfectant was available for disinfecting hard and non-porous surfaces.
