- Clean linen was being stored adjacent to the reprocessing area (reprocessing sink in laundry room).Corrective Action:Advised manager to store clean linen elsewhere to protect from potential contamination.

- The expiry date was missing on one of the PREempt wipes containers (Intermediate level disinfectant). Staff noted this was likely smudged off during normal use. The manager/staff did not have any documentation to prove that these were not expired. Corrective Action:- Advised manager/staff to not use these.
