      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar glass washer in server area lacked any iodine residual. Iodine bucket was low-empty. Bucket switched out during inspection and appropriate sanitizer level reached during inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure this is regularly checked to prevent sanitizer from running out.
