      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths are stored in a sanitizing solution of about 25ppm Quats sanitizer. Spray bottle with quats sanitizer is at about 400-500ppm but is only used on counters - ok but bottle needs labelling.
      • Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer label states ok for use on food contact surfaces if used at 200-400ppm. Wiping cloths now stored in 200ppm quats sanitizer. Spray bottle now labelled and contains about 300ppm quats.

      • Observation: Some dirt build up noted on floor and in cupboards under sinks etc.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final rinse cycle temperature was not hot enough for sanitizing - rinse cycle measured 60C
      • Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher may continue to be used for washing, but dishes must be manually sanitized in the 2 compartment sink. Dilute quats sanitizer to 200ppm according to bottle directions, and soak dishware for 2 minutes before air drying.

      • Observation: Dishwasher rinse cycle is not hot enough for sanitizing, and must be serviced
