- Corrected during inspection. Sanitizer was diluted to 200 ppm QUATS. Please use QUATS test strips to verify the concentration of QUATS to be around 200 ppm. Comments Handwashing sink was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Refrigeration temperature was satisfactory. Refrigerator temperatures measured at or below 4°C. Freezer temperature measured at or below -18°C. Hot-holder temperature measured at or above 60°C. Chlorine dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine after sanitizing rinse. Temperature log was available. Please ensure it is maintained. QUATS sanitizer was in place. Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. No signs of pests were identified.
