- July 12, 2024: Only a Fresh water line was available for the food trucks. Advised tent organizers and the food trucks that food trucks must not operate if food trucks' wastewater tank became full. July 10, 2024: Fresh and waste water lines had previously been available for food trucks to hook up to in order to refill fresh water and to empty waste water while on site. These lines had been removed and were not present during the inspection today. As previously discussed, since this event operates for greater than three days, food vendors must be plumbed into water and waste water, or have the ability to refill fresh water tanks and empty waste water tanks.

- One of the temporary hand washing stations (1 station, 2 basins) was not operational. Please ensure all of the hand washing stations are operational and fully stocked with water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels.

- July 10, 2024:An additional temporary food booth was identified (Abbey's Creations) where hard ice cream which was being scooped and lemonade was being prepared. Notification had not been submitted for the temporary food establishment. July 5, 2024:The organizer failed to notify AHS-EPH of changes that were made to the previously approved layout/food vendors. The tent was approved to have three bars, and two food trucks. Upon arrival three temporary food vendors booths were set up.

- Beverage cans were observed stored in customer ice. The cans were removed at the time of the inspection. Please ensure that items are not stored in customer ice and that the ice is protected from contamination.

- A leak was observed under the hand sink located at the bar located on the west side of the tent. The leak was repaired at the time of the inspection. Please ensure all of the plumbing lines and fixtures for the hand sinks are in good condition and free from leaks.
