    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • **CORRECTED**1. Containers of toppings and sauce bottles were stored on top of ice in the coolers. Operator immersed the containers further in ice.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • 1. Paper towel at the temporary handwash sink in the booth was not stored in a holder.
    • 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?

The booth had open propane grills under the tent. - Informed by Safety Codes that they could not grill under the tent as the tent was not made of fireproof material, and there was no fire suppression. - The event organizers were unable to re-locate the grills to a nearby area. - There was no hot holding equipment available on site.No food was being prepared during the inspection. The Operator was informed that they could not prepare and sell food at the event due to the lack of food equipment, and requirements by Safety Codes.
