- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One quat bottle in the bar at 0ppm. Quat dispenser checked at 0ppm as it was filled with a cleaning chemical bag.
- Corrective Action(s): No spare quat sanitizer bags on site. Staff re-filled quat bottle with bleach water solution at 200ppm and re-labelled as bleach. Do not use the quat dispenser until new quat bags have been installed. Obtain quat sanitizer test strips as well. EcoLab to be called back to the facility.
