      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Bleach surface sanitizer measured above 200ppm chlorine.
      • 2) Sanitizer solution for warewashing was mixed with detergent.

      • 2) Do not mix bleach with detergent as this can reduce the effectiveness of bleach.
