- Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize above mentioned areas. For all areas where droppings are identified, items must be pulled away from the walls/back of shelves to aid with removal of droppings. Follow up these areas with a strong bleach solution (1000ppm) to help remove rodent scents.

- 3. Handle of scoop observed to be in direct contact with the flour and brown sugar which can introduce contaminants to the food. Instructed staff to clean and sanitize the scoops. Staff stored clean and sanitized scoop in a way where the handles are away from the food. (Corrected during inspection)
