     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): low temperature glasswasher measured 0 ppm iodine at the glass surface. Operator indicated that the machine;s iodine supply was refilled and still needed to be primed.
     • Machine was primed for several minutes however did not produce any iodine onto the glass surface
     • Corrective Action(s): Correction order issued to stop using glasswasher until it is repaired.
     • Operator directed to switch to plastic cups until glasswasher is repaired and able to sanitize glassware at 12.5 to 25.0 ppm iodine at the glass surface.
