- 1. An open and partially used metal can containing food was stored in the walk-in cooler. Operator voluntarily discarded the product during inspection.- Operator is to ensure, once canned food item is opened, food should then be transferred to a food-grade container.2. A container of open Jalapeno peppers was observed stored at room temperature, despite label indicating that refrigeration is required after opening. Operator moved product to the walk-in cooler.- Ensure to store all food items as per manufacturer's instructions.

- Personal jacket was improperly stored on a shelving unit. Personal items (work phone, cellphone, headphones) were stored on the prep the cooler. Operator removed items during inspection- Store personal items separately, away from food preparation and storage areas.

- Cardboard food boxes and a container of raw chicken were placed directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler.- Store food items at least 6 inches off the floor and in a sanitary manner.

- All 3-comp of the dishwashing sink were obstructed. 3-comp sink was being used for storage of dirty dishes and cleaning supplies.- Operator is to ensure that the dishwashing sink is kept clear of obstructions. - Ensure to store clean dishes on the designated shelves.

- The mop sink area door was observed open during the inspection, exposing the surrounding area to potential contamination. Personal bags and aprons were stored directly above the mop sink. Operator removed items and closed the door during inspection. - Operator is to ensure utility closet door remains closed to prevent contamination.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- Build-up of dust and debris was noted above the pizza oven.- Please clean the area and ensure regular cleaning is done.
