- The hand sink was observed to be available and operational. Paper towel roll was present; however, it was not stored in a dispenser.Please ensure paper towel by hand washing sink is stored in a dispenser.

- Windowsills and floor/wall baseboards observed unfinished. Please ensure all surfaces in food prep area are smooth, non-porous and easy to clean.Operator is in the process of completing the finishings of the facility.
