Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.

      • 1. Pool basin surface was observed to be cracked and bubbled in some areas. Please ensure the pool surfacing is maintained in good repair at all times. 2. Base of the pillar across from door entryway is in disrepair. The pillar being near the water may obtain further water damage from pool water splashing on it or the ambient humidity in the area. Please ensure all finishes are maintained in good repair to prevent the infiltration of moisture and further water damage.

      • Expired chemicals reagents for the water quality testing was observed in mechanical room, some of the larger chemical bottles being used to refill smaller bottles are also expired. The expired reagents found were moved to the side of the work bench but were not discarded by operator as they needed to know what reagents needed to be replenished. Please ensure that all the chemicals for testing water quality parameters are not expired.

      • The emergency house phone was not operational, the emergency external phone was operational. The facility's operators changed the house phone out for an operational house phone during the time of the inspection. Please ensure that all emergency phones are operational at all times.

      • 1. Pool basin surface was observed to be cracked and bubbled in some areas. Please ensure the pool surfacing is maintained in good repair at all times. 2.       • Combined chlorine level 1.3 ppm. Recent operator test recordings maintained at less than 1.0 ppm. Discussed with operator possible test variance due to longer reagent reaction time (2 min.) with PHI test kit, which may produce a higher level of combined chlorines compared to testing done on site. Continue to monitor combined chlorine levels for increase or exceedance. Implement prevention strategies to maintain combined chlorine levels as low as possible. Operator stated backwash and dilution will be performed.
