- There was a gap in the exterior door weatherstripping.-ensure all exterior doors are tight-fitting and weatherstripping is installed to seal gaps.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- 1) There were gaps between the top of floor tiles and the wall interface.-caulk to fill the gaps to prevent water from getting behind tiles.2) There was a large gap between the wall and dishwashing sink.-fill the cap and add caulking.
