- The back door had a large gap on the side and bottom.-owner has new door ready to be installed.-ensure the door is tight fitting and there are no gaps.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The light in the prep kitchen/dishwash area did not have a cover.-install light covers OR switch to LED/unbreakable light bulbs.(owner has lights and covers on-site, and ready to be replaced)
