      • ***The test strips were not being used for checking the sanitizer concentration. The exposed end of the test strip was discoloured Ensure that the sanitizer dilution station is checked often enough to ensure that the effective concentration is maintained (at least once a day). Education provided.

      • SEPTEMBER 17, 2024;The walk in cooler was at 9-10C on the built in thermometer and the hung thermometer, and 12C on the min /max thermometers. Manager had a picture of satisfactory temperature about 5 hours before inspection. High risk food in the cooler at internal temperature of 3C.Ensure temperature of the walk in cooler in monitored every 2 hours, and booked for a maintenance check as needed.***The walk in cooler was 7C on the min /max thermometer (was reading 9C on the built in thermometer). Manager indicated it was at an acceptable temperature when she checked earlier. She will check again and action if needed.
