      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is maintained in sanitary condition, clean all corners and any hard-to-reach areas as part of regular cleaning & sanitation process. This will prevent food from contamination. To be corrected by April 17, 2026.

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is in good working order at all times. Staff mentioned they are already aware of issues.
      • 1. Get leakage repaired so handsink is accessible at all times. *Note - other accessible sinks available nearby.
      • 2. Replace batteries for paper towel dispener so it is easily accessible at all times.
      • To ensure proper sanitation/handwashing procedures are followed. To be corrected by April 17, 2026.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sausage patties measured to have an internal temperature between 45.7 to 50.1C. Hot water level was observed to be low in the hot holding unit. They were placed in the hot holding unit more than 2 hours ago.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff willingly discarded the sausage patties. Ensure that there is enough hot water water in the hot-holding unit to maintain hot potentially hazardous foods at 60C or higher. Keep the lid covered to maintain temperature
