- > Dairy cooler: cracked egg and spilled milk observed under the shelving racks.
- > Store aisles 2, 3, 5-9: food debris, broken glass, dust, miscellaneous items.
- > Bakery department: seeds and crumbs around the bread slicer and loaf tray storage.
- Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize above mentioned areas. Ensure all departments of the store are regularly cleaned to help minimize the presence of pests.

- Observation: Handsink in produce area is functinoal however the cold water faucet is very tightly wound, staff are finding it difficult to turn on and off. Staff admitted to using the prep sink next to it for handwashing instead.
- Corrective Action(s): Loosen the cold water faucet so that it can be easily used by staff to wash hands. Handwashing must take place at the dedicated handsink.

The last few temperature logs show readings of -11C today and -12C yesterday. Ambient air temperature checked with probe thermometers at time of inspection at -7C
- Corrective Action(s): Have walk in freezer serviced. Assistant manager to review micro therm readings for the last few weeks. Potentially harzardous foods (eg. deli food) must be stored at -18C or less. Correct within one week.
