    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Two of the pool inlets are missing the eyeball/directional fitting. Please replace/repair them.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Anti-entrapment plan to be updated with new drain cover maximum flow information as new covers were installed when old covers "expired" in 2024. Aquastar covers are now VGBA-2017 covers, unknown at this time if the Waterway covers are VGBA-2008 or VGBA-2017). Provide a copy of new anti-entrapment plan when complete.

      • No water sample was submitted the week of May 25/26. A water sample is required to be submitted each week.
