    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • There is again pushpins in a corkboard in the Carcajou room. Please remove the pushpins.The rug in the Carcajou room may be a tripping hazard as edges come up easily; please modify/secure so that edges can't come up easily with a foot.There were bingo dabbers in the Wapiti room that said on them to keep out of the reach of children. These were removed at time of inspection.There was a lighter in one of the unlocked supply cupboards in the Carcajou room; was removed during inspection.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The finish was wearing off some of the surfaces of the white play kitchen in the Carcajou room; please seal or repaint so it is impervious to moisture.

    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • There was a pushpin in a corkboard in the Carcajou room. Corrected during inspection; was removed.There is dry penne on wall in Wapiti room as part of sensory activity. If the penne falls off the paper, it could potentially be a choking hazard (children in this room are 2-3 yrs old). Please remove or cover the penne.There was a cracked phone in the Wapiti room. Corrected during inspection; was removed.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • The wall under the clock in the Carcajou room is damaged. Please repair the wall.One of the shelves in the tall cabinets in Carcajou room is not adequately secured. Shelf to be properly secured.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The blue couches in the Wapiti room are torn/damaged on some of their edges. Please repair or replace them.There were some wooden spools being used for seating that were taped up to cover bolts and some were chipped. Please refrain from using these unless they can be made easily cleanable and in good condition. Some were removed during inspection.
