- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two black garbage bags used to store raw prepared noodles. Operator voluntarily discarded both bags of noodles during inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): DO NOT store any food in black garbage bags as these bags are toxic and leach chemicals into food. Use only food grade materials and packaging to store food to prevent contamination.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food contact surface sanitizer prepared during inspection. Operator prepared bleach sanitizer at a concentration of 200 ppm chlorine concentration during inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): Prepare bleach sanitizer at a concentration of 100-200 ppm (As per approved sanitation plan) to adequately sanitize food contact surfaces throughout the day. Obtain chlorine test strips to monitor and verify sanitizer strength.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Recyclying bin observed obstructing hand washing station upon entrance into kitchen. Operator moved the recyclying bin during inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): DO NOT obstruct any designated hand washing stations. All hand washing stations must be unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel to ensure staff are washing their hands frequently and properly to prevent contamination of food.
