      • Written procedure templates for cleansing of skin, accidental skin cut or puncture, and dual purpose sink steps for decontamination were available onsite. The operator completed templates during inspection.

      • Written procedures were not available at the time of inspection for cleansing of skin, accidental skin cut or puncture, or dual purpose sink steps for decontamination. - Ensure the above written procedures are completed and easily accessible onsite. See attached templates.

      • Hair noted on clippers and scissors stored in drawers at multiple stations. - Ensure proper cleaning with tools and visual inspection is completed prior to disinfecting equipment.

      • Container of Barbicide appeared light in color with visual debris. Operator unsure of when Barbicide solution was last changed. - Ensure to follow disinfectant instructions for use and track reuse period.

      • Kirbrit Kantasi styptic product did not have a list of product ingredients. - Cosmetic products used within the facility must have a list of ingredients. Product removed by operator.
