    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings were observed on the shelves and the floor in the storage rooms.• Clean and sanitize all areas contaminated with mouse droppings using bleach solution.• Install a weather stripping on the kitchen entrance door to prevent pest entry. Make sure the kitchen entrance door is flush with the floor and has no gap at the bottom.• Assess walls for any potential point of entry (holes on walls) and seal any identified hole.• Remove unused or unnecessary items from the kitchen, as clutter provides harborage for mice.• Ensure all exterior doors are properly fitted with intact weather stripping to prevent pest entry into the facility
