      • Corrective Action(s): The dishwasher was primed by staff and a 50 ppm chlorine residual was detected at the plate surface after the final rinse cycle. Please ensure that staff are aware of how to prime the dishwasher and to monitor chlorine residual concentrations daily.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Deep clean the facility and ensure that hard to reach areas are cleaned on a regular basis. Reorganize back area and remove any items that are not required for operation.
