     • Observation: Mouse activity noted on exterior shop warehouse wall. Gap observed between two concrete panels that make up wall. Staff stated that there was a mouse capture here recently.
     • Corrective Action(s): Have this gap plugged up with a material that is impervious to pests to prevent pest entry. Due: July 21, 2023

     • Observation:
     • Found rodent droppings on the floor between pallets in the warehouse area.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • The following actions shall be taken:
     • 1) Clean up the droppings and use hot water and bleach to sanitize the areas touching the droppings.
     • 2) Ensure there is 6" of space between pallets and walls, and between pallets that back onto each other.
     • 3) Increase the frequency at which the professional pest company treats the facility to rid of the rodents. Only use mechanical means inside the facility.
