      • Observation: Lasagna has been added to the menu.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Provide a written food safety plan for lasagna.
      • 2) Reminder: grease laden vapours may not be produced on-site. This is a condition of your Permit to Operate.
      • 3) Operator has claimed to make meat sauce for lasagna at premise next door. Inspector to email FHA agreement form for operator to fill out and neighboring premise.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure scoop is not stored inside pizza sauce bin.

      • 307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
      • Observation: 1) Raw wood pieces used to to separate pizza pans containing pizza dough inside coolers. Raw wood is not food grade.
      • Corrective Action(s): 2) Discard raw wood pieces. Food grade, smooth and easily cleanable separators must be used.
