      • Observation: Droppings observed in the following areas:
      • 1) Under the black milk crate in the kitchen storage room
      • 2) Under the handsink behind the parchment paper in the main kitchen
      • 3) Behind the small chest freezer in the storage room
      • 4) Under the black shelving rack in the storage room
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove all droppings, clean and sanitize these areas with BLEACH. All items must be pulled away from the walls to properly access for cleaning.

      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize as per your sanitation plan. Remove all old droppings, clean under the shelf with a bleach solution.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUAT sanitizer at dispenser measure 50ppm even after dispensing for a couple of minutes.
      • Corrective Action(s): Instructed staff to use bleach water sanitizer instead.
      • 1tsp of bleach to 1L of water.
      • Lots of bleach available observed in facility's chemical storage.

      • Observation: QUAT sanitizer dispenser measure 50ppm even after dispensing for a couple of minutes.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please have the company come service the unit to ensure QUAT is dispensed at 200ppm.
