- Observed a bag of onion was stored on the floor.
- Operator removed the bag and stored it off the floor. Corrected during inspection.

- Observed the handle of the rice scoop was left in the rice hot-holder and touching the rice.
- Corrected during inspection. Ensure the scoop is store in a way which will prevent contamination of food. Comments Follow-up inspection was conducted due to complaint received. Outstanding items from last inspection dated June 24, 2026 were reviewed. Preparation refrigerator near the stove was repaired and serviced. Temperature was measured at or below 4°C at time of inspection. Mice droppings identified in last inspection were cleaned up and removed. Please continue to clean and sanitize affected area, and monitor for pest activity. Hand sink was stocked with supplies. Please install another paper towel dispenser at the hand sink so the paper towel is easily accessible for the ease of handwashing. Refrigerator temperature was satisfactory. Refrigerator temperatures measured at or below 4°C. Operator was reminded to keep the top cover of preparation refrigerator closed as much as possible to keep adequate temperature. Note: A can of red dye for external use observed in food storage area and not fit for human consumption. Removed the dyes from food storage at time of inspection. Please ensure all dyes for food are food-grade and other dyes for packaging are stored away from food preparation area.

- Observed a preparation fridge near the stove (facing service counter) was at 10°C.
- Potentially hazardous foods were moved to other units. Ensure to adjust the settings and ensure all potentially hazardous food is stored at 4°C or below. Please provide update to the Environmental Health Officer when unit is serviced or adjusted. Corrected at time of inspection.

- Observed a container of fish fillet left on the preparation table before adding batter. Operator indicated they are waiting for draining water from the fish.
- Fish fillet was moved to the fridge. Ensure to store all potentially hazardous foods at 4°C or below and not left at room temperature.

- Observed a container with food stored on the ground and some food boxes stored on the floor in the walk-in fridge and freezers.
- Food needs to be stored 6 inches off the ground. Corrected at time of inspection.

- Observed a number of mice droppings and debris at the back kitchen near dishwasher.
- Ensure to remove the debris and mice droppings. Clean and sanitize affected area routinely. Comments Routine inspection conducted. Recent complaint was shared with the manager and food handling was reviewed. Hand washing sink is stocked with supplied. Potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4°C or below or over 60°C. Dishwasher was measured at 100ppm chlorine, after rinse cycle. Bleach is available for surface sanitizer. Operator has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certification. Temperature logs are in place. Pest traps are in place. Orkin provides bi-weekly service and recent report was reviewed.
