- X A bottle of sanitizer (Quat) in the first floor servery had little to no sanitizer residual when tested. This was discarded for staff to refill during the later dinner service – Ensure sanitizer is dispensed / mixed at a minimum of ~200 ppm Quat.

- X The scoops for thickener were stored in the containers on the 1st and 2nd floor serveries with their handle in the product. These were removed to be washed and sanitized during the inspection.

- X The paint is peeling / chipping from the wall in the first floor servery under and around the light switch.X The paint on the wall above the dishwashing area backsplash in the 2nd floor servery is peeling off exposing the unfinished drywall behind.
