- Inaccessible hand washing sink: a water jug was observed in the hand sink at the time of the inspection.-Please remove the water jug and ensure the hand sink is readily available at all times to support proper hand washing practices.

- Sanitizer bottles observed not dispensing properly in the kitchen and some classrooms.-Please replace these bottles with new ones and ensure they are operating properly at all times.

Thermometers in the fridges were accurate.-Maintain fridges at 4C or below-Operator moved foods to kitchen fridge-Backs of fridges had frost buildup, operator to defrost fridges, turn fridges on, and reassess internal temperatures before using fridges for food storage

- Fridge for storing food in at least 3 classrooms were cooling at a range of 6'C to 10.5'C. - All fridge in the facility must be cooling at <4'C - Please obtain a thermometer for all the fridge in the classroom - Monitor and document fridge temperature daily to ensure it is cooling at <4'C- Transfer all food to the kitchen fridge if problem with the fridge persist.

- An unidentifiable insect (that appeared to be a cockroach) was found on glue board on the floor beside the freezer unit.Notes -Continue to monitor for pests-Please obtain and provide last 3 pest control report.-Keep the kitchen free from moisture or food sources that can attract pest.-Dry foods to be kept in a food grade bulk bin after opening, use a scoop to serve contents from the bulk bin.

- Baseboards around the dishwasher and door area not properly sealed. Accumulation of dirt and food debris observed around the baseboard and below the edges of the kitchen counter. -Please seal the baseboard to the wall and clean all areas of the kitchen. The kitchen should be kept sanitary at all times.

- The floor around the freezer was damp and a wet rag was also observed under the freezer indicating a leakage problem. -Please repair the freezer and remove cloth/rag from the floor to prevent absorption moisture.
