      • There were disposable containers/utensils stored in dirty cardboard box on the floor. Store utensils up off the floor and get get rid of dirty cardboard boxes. Corrected during inspection. Disposable eating utensils that will be grabbed by cashier were being store eating-end up. Store eating-end down so portion that goes in food/mouth is not touched. Corrected during inspection.

      • Cleaning needed of floor along cooking equipment where there is grease/debris built up. Area to be cleaned.
