Monitor the concentration of the sanitizer dispenser and spray bottles daily to ensure a minimum concentration of 200 ppm.

Correct right away. • At the time of inspection, after 1 minute of flushing the sanitizer dispenser was not dispensing a detectable concentration of sanitizer, resulting in most of the sanitizer spray bottles having a sanitizer concentration of 0 ppm. Have the sanitizer dispenser adjusted or rep[aired so that the correct concentration of sanitizer is dispensed. Correct right away.

Pest control should set multiple live traps to better monitor if the animal is still in the store.
